The Story: I'd been wanting to capture a shot of Chapel Rock seapool on Perranporth Beach for quite a while, but wanted to get it at sunrise and lowtide. I was looking for something different as there are a few shots of Chapel Rock at high and mid tide.

I left the house at 4.00 am and arrived and waited for the sun to come up, and captured a few images with the lone swimmer. It was definately worth the early start!
